Please note:

To avoid interruption of service, utility charges must be paid in full by the delinquent date on the bill.

For Utility Payments made after 5:00 pm on the Delinquent Date (10 days after the Due Date - found on the Utility Statement) to AVOID interruption of service or if service has been disconnected:


1)The payment must include the $75 Late Fee.

2) Send an email to [email protected] advising the payment has been made online.  Please include the Account Number, Name and a Phone Number.

Effective 8/20/2021-If services are disconnected for a delinquent bill, payment must be made before 2:00 PM to be reconnected the same day.


*ACCOUNTS WILL BE FINALIZED/CLOSED AFTER 2ND DELINQUENT BILL*

E-billing is now available for all utility customers! Instead of waiting to receive your bill in the mail, you will receive it the day after it is processed.
